The Holzer Clinic Sports Medicine Program includes Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Surgical Services, Chiropractic, and Therapy Services. In addition, Holzer Clinic offers Diagnostic Testing Services, including MRI, Cat Scan, X-Ray, and Lab Services.

Holzer Clinic provides monetary stipends to 12 area high schools to help each of them obtain the services of Licensed Athletic Trainers from the Ohio University Graduate Program and provides Team physicians to 10 of those schools.
