Holzer Clinic has a new Diabetes Pathway Program! The introduction of this program in 2000 established a link for area residents in achieving the optimal in diabetes management and offers quick access to their providers for diabetic care. The program encourages community interaction and includes providers of care other than those associated with Holzer Clinic.
