February 17, 2010, Gallipolis, OH - Holzer Clinic is pleased to announce that Parduman Singh, M.D. has joined their multi-specialty group practice in Gallipolis, Ohio. Dr. Singh, an accomplished Neurologist, is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. He performs neurological examinations of the nerves of the head and neck; muscle strength and movement; balance, ambulation, and reflexes; and sensation, memory, speech, language, and other cognitive abilities. He is Fellowship trained in Neuromuscular Disease/EMG.

Dr. Singh received his medical degree from the Medical College and an internship at Victoria Jubilee Hospital both in Amritsar, India. He completed residencies at both Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, New York and the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland as well as a fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease/EMG at State University Hospital/Down State Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.

Dr. Singh is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Electro Diagnostic Medicine, the American Association of Physicians from India, Association of Indian Neurologists in America, Mahoning County Medical Society, Ohio State Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.

With a passion for teaching, Dr. Singh has served as instructor of Internal Medicine (Neurology) at S.U.N.Y. in Buffalo, NY, the University of Maryland in Baltimore, MD and S.U.N.Y. at Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. He currently holds a faculty position as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at NE Ohio University College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio, and will serve as a Clinical Associate Professor at Ohio University College of Medicine in Athens Ohio.

He and his wife Paula have three grown children and reside in Gallipolis, Ohio.
