October 27, 2009, Gallipolis - Recently, Holzer Clinic hosted its
annual Service Awards Banquet at the French Art Colony with 58 employees recognized for
longevity of service. John Cunningham, Holzer Clinic Chief Operation Officer, served as
master of ceremonies, while Holzer Clinic Vice President, Jon Sullivan, MD, and Chief
Executive Officer; G. Patrick Connors presented the service awards.
Mr. Cunningham stated, “Any company trying to compete must figure out a way to engage
the mind of every employee. This is especially true in service industries, where nearly
all of the company’s value is delivered to customers by individual employees.” He further
stated, “Our success over the years at Holzer Clinic is wholly attributable to our employees
and physicians. Tonight is a celebration of your efforts in the past and our success well
into the future.”

served as entertainment.
