Athens, OH - Holzer Clinic held the official Groundbreaking of its new Athens facility on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. The brand-new, state-of-the-art outpatient clinic will be located at 2131 East State Street and is set to be complete in the Summer 2008.

The new Holzer Clinic Athens will be 68,000 square feet and have 2 floors. Complete medical care and numerous services will all be available in one location with convenient parking. A state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center will be onsite along with comprehensive Medical Imaging services.

Some of the services include: Imaging Center, Urgent Care Center, Medical Oncology, Physical Therapy, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Allergy/Asthma, Cardiology, Rheumatology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Sleep Lab, Audiology/ Hearing Aids, Chiropractic, Lab, and Pharmacy.

Christopher T. Meyer, DO, Medical Director of Holzer Clinic Athens, stated, “It is with considerable excitement that we begin to unveil Holzer Clinic expansion plans for Athens County.
