Summer Employment

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for summer employment you must be a son or daughter of a Clinic physician or employee and must be a high school graduate. In addition, you must be attending college as a full-time student within the upcoming school year.

Application Process for 2008

Applications for summer employment will be accepted in Human Resources during the month of March and must be submitted by March 31, 2008.

To apply for summer employment, please complete the Clinic Employment Application, and the Summer Employment Information Form, and submit to Human Resources by the deadline. Applications may be faxed to 740-441-3592 or mailed to Holzer Clinic Human Resources, 90 Jackson Pike, Gallipolis, Ohio, 45631.

Once your Employment Application and Summer Employment Form are received they will be sent to the appropriate hiring manager. If the manager is interested in interviewing or hiring you, he/she will contact you by phone or email.

Unfortunately, we have more applicants than we have positions available. Therefore, it’s likely that not all applicants will be hired. If you have submitted your Employment Application and Summer Employment Form and have not heard from a Holzer Clinic manager by the first of May, then it is likely that other applicants have been selected. Once all of the available positions have been filled, Human Resources will notify those applicants who were not selected.
